Hornets Reach Final Four at 2008 Nike-Bauer
The 1998 Pittsburgh Hornets emerged from a 48-team field into the Final Four at the 2008 Nike-Bauer International Invite. The H-4's fell 2-1 to the eventual champion, Wisconsin Fire, in the semifinals. The game was perhaps the most exciting 30 minutes of the weekend, as the Fire cruised to a 5-2 win in the championship game. Read all about it in the "News" section.
Consolation Champions - 2008 RBK/LC Fall Invitational
Coach Ray Conway's 1998 Pittsburgh Hornets defeated Compuware 2-1 to capture the consolation championship of the RBK/LC Fall Invitational in Troy, Michigan. Congrats to the Boys for a great weekend of 5-0-1 hockey. Read all about it in the "News" section.
